CloudThinker's trust posture is built on a foundation of robust operational practices and adherence to industry standards. We have undergone a SOC 2 Type 2 examination, which assessed the suitability of the design and operating effectiveness of our controls related to the Security Trust Services Criteria. This report covers the period from October 6, 2025, to January 6, 2026. Our security commitments to our users are clearly documented in customer agreements and our service offering descriptions.

We utilize subservice organizations like AWS and CloudFlare for data center services, and their controls related to the Trust Service Principles of Security are considered in our overall security framework. CloudThinker is responsible for its service commitments and system requirements, and for designing controls within our system to provide reasonable assurance that these are achieved. Our information security policies define an organization-wide approach to protecting systems and data, covering aspects from service design and development to system operation, internal business systems management, and employee training.
